For more than 20 years, the Industrial Relation Center's part-time master of arts evening program in Human Resources and Industrial Relations has been helping professionals advance their careers in human resource management, labor relations, and related areas. In addition to providing access to one of the nation's most comprehensive HRIR reference libraries, the program gives students from diverse backgrounds a chance to study with a world-class faculty committed to providing a dynamic learning experience, inside and outside of the classroom.

Conveniently located at the Carlson School on the edge of downtown Minneapolis, HRIR students can earn a degree from an internationally renowned program without leaving the Twin Cities.
