The library's collection is comprised of a wide range of topics, including recruitment, training, compensation, job satisfaction, motivation, stress, drug testing, strategic management, staffing, effects of technological change, mergers, diversity, labor relations, leadership, unions, organizational behavior, absenteeism, and turnover.
In addition to books, the library maintains print subscriptions to more than 100 professional and trade journals and has access to the large electronic collection of the University of Minnesota Library.
